Is Bella Mia bonded?

Yes, we are bonded.

Is Bella Mia insured?

Yes, and we can provide proof upon request.

Who will you send to provide my cleaning service?

Bella Mia Maid Services only sends employees not contractors. We also screen and thoroughly train all our employees for your peace of mind.

What areas do you service?

We service the Austin area and anywhere from Lakeway to Georgetown. If the area you’re in is over 25 miles away from 78758 we have a fee of $5 per hour of your service.

What form of payments does Bella Mia Maid Services accept?

Bella Mia Maid Services accepts cash and checks made out to “Bella Mia Maid Services”. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?

We typically charge your card the day after your service and e-mail your receipt.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning service?

It is entirely up to you. If you do not feel like you need to be present, you can leave us a key or an entry code. Your comfort with our services is our top priority and we can accommodate your wishes. If you choose to issue a key, we will take special measures to protect your key.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my service?

We just ask for you to pick up/organize any clutter, everything else is on us! Our team will show up with supplies and equipment, so nothing else is needed from you. If you do decide that you want us to use your own products to clean just contact our office and we will make note of that for our team.

What is not included in the service?

We do not pick up clutter ( toys, files, clothes, etc.) or fold clothes, so we have time to pay attention to detail in the rest of your home. We do not clean up human/animal waste

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning?

If you need to reschedule or cancel please call our office at (512) 255-1902 or E-mail at Bellamiamaids@gmail.com, at least 24 hours in advance so we can make arrangements. Our cancellation policy states that if you fail to contact us at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged for one hour of service. ($75)

How many housekeepers do you send to clean?

We typically send a team of two, but occasionally we will have teams of three if need or for time efficiency.

Can I request the same housekeepers for each visit?

You most definitely can! We want you to feel comfortable with the people that spend time in your home, however, if we need to send a different team due to personal reasons we will let you know in advance or give you the choice to reschedule.

What does green cleaning/ non-toxic cleaning mean?

We use all-natural/non-toxic products that don’t have harsh chemicals to clean your home for the safety of you and our staff and most importantly the environment. However, for deep cleanings, we do tend to use bleach to disinfect, but you can request otherwise.

What if there is a problem with the service?

Bella Mia Maid Services wants all of our customers to be satisfied with the service provided. If there is a problem please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will work with the customer to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Does your team service on holidays?

No, we are closed on all major holidays ( Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, NYE, New Years, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
